- Responsibilities: Identify and enforce POPP marketing standards for our adoptable animals. Write colorful, accurate descriptions for our adoptable animals. The bios will be used on our website and social media platforms to introduce the animals to potential adopters. This volunteer will need to gather information on the animal through foster animal surveys that have been submitted by the foster family. These profiles will need to be updated if the animal stays in POPP care for an extended period.
- Requirements: Good writing skills including attention to grammar and sentence structure. Ability to write in a creative, positive style. Reliable computer and internet service. May coordinate photo shoots, video shoots. Will provide guidance to foster parents on how to better market their foster pets. Oversees bio writers, photographers, and the online posting team; ensures all adoptable animals have bios and photos online. Come up with fresh, innovative marketing campaigns for adoptable animals.
- Requirements: Must be creative and tech savvy.
- Time Commitment: 5-10 hrs./month
