Pet Over Population Prevention (POPP)

Who We Are

Pet OverPopulation Prevention's (POPP) primary purpose is to promote responsible pet care through educating the public on the importance of spaying and neutering their pets, spay/neuter assistance, and providing various methods of caring for and finding homes for feral, abandoned and/or homeless pets.
