STEM Possible is an engineering challenge competition that allows sixth through eighth grade MESA students from College Place, Granger, Prosser, and Pasco to compete and showcase their created project designs that were integrated into their classroom curriculum throughout the year. Their projects included designing and building mousetrap cars, bridges, and gliders as well as creating poems with a STEM theme/topic. They utilized mathematical and scientific principles and creativity to awaken their inner engineer!
Volunteer judges are needed for all four competitions listed above for the following time frames:
- All Day (8am-2pm)
- Morning (8am-11am)
- Afternoon (11:00am-2pm)
General volunteers are also needed for event assistance (registration, lunch, monitoring of students).
Lunch will provided for volunteers.
